A ceremony was held last week at the Whitley County Courthouse in remembrance of Pearl Harbor. Attendees gathered in the Whitley County Fiscal Court chambers for the event, which included an audio recording of Eleanor Roosevelt’s radio address to America on December 7, 1941.
