Peggy Bird, age 88, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at her home.
She was born February 18, 1937 in Whitley County, KY, to the late Lawrence and Edna Kitchen Prewitt.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan Bird; one daughter, Nola Lou Gregory (Rex); and six brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Heather Hudson (John Edward) of Williamsburg, KY; one sister, Wanda Sue Brassfield (Kyle) of Emily, MI; one brother, James Prewitt of Emily, MI; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends and family to mourn her passing.
At the request of the family all services will be private.
