Permit for $5.2 million W’burg housing complex denied

Anthony Elmore, vice-president and COO of Wabuck Development Company and Clayton Watkins Construction, addressed the Williamsburg Planning and Zoning Variance Committee on behalf of the developer Cumberland Valley Regional Housing Authority.

Efforts to get a $5.2 million low-income, elderly housing complex built in Williamsburg are dead at least for this year and might never happen.
