Phillip Marvin Bays, 56, of Connersville, IN formerly of Williamsburg, passed away Monday December 31, 2018 at the Reid Health System in Richmond, IN.
He was born December 31, 1962 in Corbin, to the late Eldon and Naomi Carroll Bays. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his nephew David Carl “D.C.” Bays.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Bays of Corbin; three sisters; Stella (Doug) Engle of Tifton, GA, Carla Steele of Corbin, Deborah (Carlus) Vanover of Corbin; two brothers; David (Jeannie) Bays of Connersville, IN and Aaron Morgan of Corbin; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service was held Saturday, January 5, at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chester Hensley officiating. Interment will be in Ryan Cemetery.
