Phillip Ratliff Jr., 74, of East Point, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at his home.
He was born August 3, 1942 in Pikeville, to the late Phillip and Lennie Spears Ratliff Sr.
In addition to his parents, Phillip is preceded in death by one brother, Brad Ratliff.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Douglas Ratliff, two sons, Phillip Avery Ratliff of Auxier; and Nathan Eric Ratliff of East Point; one daughter, Jamie Nicole Ratliff of Jellico, TN, four brothers, Mason Ratliff, Alfred Ratliff, Timothy Ratliff and Aaron Ratliff all of Pikeville; and three sisters, Donetta Staton, Deanna Gilbert and Robin Kinney all of Pikeville; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
