Numerous people turned out on Aug. 21 for the second Cumberland River Cruise-In of the season in downtown Williamsburg. Streets around the old Whitley County Courthouse were blocked off for several hours for the event. Officials hope to make the Cumberland River Cruise-Ins a monthly event starting next April.
