Lisa Potter and Michael Smith would like to announce their engagement.
Lisa, the daughter of Loretta Potter and the late Jackie Potter, is currently completing her Master of Arts in Teaching degree.
Michael, the son of the late Willard and Thelma Smith Jackson, is employed with ARK, Inc. in Georgetown. Michael is the father of David Smith of Lake City, Tenn. and Courtney Smith of Williamsburg. Michael has one grandchild, Kylie Marie Smith of Lake City.
A destination wedding is planned for September.
