Three Corbin firefighters have been promoted in rank.
Chief Barry McDonald (left) announced that Eric Philpot has been promoted to Lieutenant, Jack Partin to Battalion Chief and Chad Jack to Captain.
The promotions were done to fill the vacancy created by the recent retirement of Battalion Chief Larry Jones.
