Public’s help sought to locate missing juvenile

Update: The juvenile has been reported as found. The individual allegedly returned of his own volition, according to the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department.

 

The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate a missing 16-year-old juvenile.

The juvenile is described as a 6’1” male weighing about 185 pounds. He has black hair, hazel eyes and fair skin.

The juvenile has a scar above his right eye, and a tattoo on his back shoulder that reads “CHAMBERS”.

The juvenile was last seen on Jan. 19 and is possibly in route to Michigan.

“Anyone with information should contact the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department at (606) 549-6017 or local law enforcement at 911,” according to a sheriff’s department release.
