R-Tech driver apparently witnessed W’burg woman’s killing

A Williamsburg woman, who was allegedly killed by her nephew outside her home Friday morning, suffered blunt force trauma to the head and three stab wounds to the neck, but this isn’t what killed her, Williamsburg Police Chief Wayne Bird said Monday afternoon.
