Ralph Kelly Kellogg, 76, of Jellico, TN passed away Monday, April 29, 2019 at his home.
He was born August 28, 1942 in Jellico, TN.
Kelly was preceded in death by his father, Willie Flowers; mother: Agnes Kellogg; brothers, Paul Van Kellogg, Walter “Bo” Kellogg; and sister, Jane Kellogg.
He is survived by his sons, Joe Elliott & wife Christie, Billy Kellogg, Timmy Rains; daughters, Kelley Sweet, Mary Kellogg; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Kellogg, Terry Kellogg, Bill Kellogg; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends & family to mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends from 12 (noon) to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Earl Powers officiating.
Military honors will be presented by the American Legion Post 154.
Burial will follow in the Greenlee Cemetery (Jellico, Tennessee).
