Restaurant owner claims city reneged on tax deal

One of the three restaurant owners that Corbin officials have elected to pursue legal action against over unpaid restaurant taxes claims the city has gone back on its word.

Dino Alxiou, owner of Dino’s restaurant, said he made a payment last Monday and expects to be current by September.
