Richardson accused of leading police on two-state vehicle chase

While allegedly intoxicated, a Corbin man recently led police on a vehicle pursuit from Campbell County, Tennessee, into Kentucky where he drove on a tire rim in excess of 19 miles. After he finally stopped, police found an open bottle of Michelob in his van, according to his arrest citation.
