Dr. Jack D. Roberts and Mrs. Tootsie Rae (Frederick) Roberts celebrate 50 years of marriage. They were wed on January 26, 1960.
Dr. and Mrs. Roberts, who were born and raised in Williamsburg and attended Poplar Creek High School, now live in Louisville where Dr. Roberts is founder and pastor of Maryville Baptist Church.
They have five children, 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
