Ron Doyle Shupe

Ron Doyle Shupe, age 82, of Shupe Road, Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at his home.
He was born on Thursday, October 19th, 1939 in Coxton, Kentucky to Walter William Shupe and Mina Louise (Hocker) Shupe Hudson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Mina; daughter, Barbara (Shupe) Faulkner; grandson, Brian Claxton; one brother Walter Shupe; and one sister Glenda (Shupe) Ball.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lois (Smith) Shupe of Williamsburg; four children, Gail Claxton, Walter (Bill) Shupe (Donna), Mike Shupe (Kendra), and Kathy Walker (Terry) all of Williamsburg; fifteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; one sister, Deleva Brown (Jesse); several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Friday, October 7, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 8, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Sester and Rev. Toby Cox officiating.
Following the service he will be laid to rest in the New Mt. Zion Cemetery on Croley Bend Road.
