Rosalie Osborne Teague, age 67, of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at her home. She was born September 16, 1956, in Bell County, Kentucky.
Rosie was preceded in death by her father, Luther Lawrence Osborne; mother, Rosetta (Lay) Osborne; brothers, Kenneth, Ronnie, Benny, Ed Osborne, and Bill Blankenship; and sister, Wanda Brownell.
She is survived by daughters, Julie Downs, Judy Baird and husband Glynn; son, Joshua Teague; grandchildren, Anyssa Downs, Dylan Downs, Ethan Becker, and Matthew Becker; brother, Gary Blankenship; sisters, Carolyn Holliker, and Linda Dalessio; best friend and sister at heart, Donna Teague; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Friday, September 29, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. H. Lee Ray officiating.
Burial followed in the Douglas Cemetery in the Wooldridge community.
