Rose Kelly Messer, 37, departed this life on Saturday April 16, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
Funeral services for Rose Messer were held Tuesday April 19, 2016 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Ryan Thomas and Rev. Greg Medlin officiating.
Burial followed in the Barbourville Cemetery where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
