Rucker wants 2019 murder charge dropped

A Corbin man accused of fatally shooting his girlfriend in May 2019 and eluding police for more than a month has had a motion filed on his behalf to dismiss the charges against him.

Nicholas Rucker, 41, faces charges of murder, tampering with physical evidence and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon in connection to the death of Vicki Conner.
