Samuel McFarland

Samuel McFarland, age 67, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Baptist Health Corbin.
He was born August 25, 1958 in Hazard, KY, to the late Vester Lee and Lula Wells McFarland.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Freddie McFarland, Estil McFarland; two sisters, Ruth Davis, and Pamela Faulkner.
He is survived by his wife, Carol McFarland of Williamsburg, KY; four children, Angela Allen (Todd) of Berea, KY, Samantha Adkins (Jeff) of Corbin, KY, Ashlee McFarland of Williamsburg, KY, Samuel Stephen McFarland of Williamsburg, KY; 11 grandchildren, Taylor Bunch, Baylea Bunch, Clayton Bunch, Grayson Allen, Will Allen, Kaylyn Edwards, Samuel Edwards, Jed Storm, John Storm, Hadalee McFarland, Ireland “Bray” McFarland; one great grandson, Colt Edwards; six sisters, Alice Perry, Imalene Smith, Viola Thompson, Maudie Jean Thomas, Martha Jones, Donna Grubb; one brother, Burley McFarland (Teresa); several nieces, nephews; and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday, September 26, at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating.
Interment will be in the Samuel McFarland Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be 12:00 PM until the funeral hour Friday, September 26, at the funeral home.
