Shahanna Amber Alsip, 33, of Rita Lane, Corbin, passed away Friday at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.
She was the daughter of Linda Kinney of Corbin.
Funeral services were conducted Friday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jonathan Sizemore officiating.
Burial followed in the Stansbury Cemetery in Corbin.
