Stephanie Waggoner and Carson Mullins

Stephanie Kay Waggoner and John Carson Mullins, II are delighted to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
She is the daughter of Clarence Marshall of Arkansas and Mrs. Violet Messer of Beverly, Ohio and is the manager of Encore Communications. He is the son of Mrs. Ora Lee Mullins of Corbin and the late John Carson Mullins, Sr. and is Corbin’s Chief of Police.
The wedding will take place at Steele’s Chapel Christian Church on 5th Street Road in Corbin on Friday, January 13, 2006 at 6:45pm.
They invite all their friends, family and church family to attend. No invitations will be sent.
