Stephen Dean Collinsworth

Stephen Dean Collinsworth, 60, the husband of Debbie Reeves Collinsworth of Lynette Drive, Georgetown, and formerly of Laurel County passed away on Tuesday morning in Georgetown.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Thomas officiating.

Burial followed in the Felts Chapel Cemetery in Corbin.
