Sue Ella Murray

Sue Ella Murray, age 69, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at her niece’s home.
She was born April 15, 1953 in Jellico, TN to the late James and Dorothy Edna Osborne Anderson.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by six brothers, and five sisters.
Sue was a loving wife and a loving mother. She faithfully attended the Mountain Ash Church of God of the Mountain Assembly for over 50 years.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Murray; two children, Michael Murray (Latosha), and Jeanette Murray (Robert Partin); six grandchildren, Joshua Murray (Crystal Smith), Sierra Tucker, Lacey Tucker, Jacob West, Maliyah Murray, and Michael Murray; seven great-grandchildren, Emily Siler, Donovan Murray, Luckas Murray, Arizona Murray, Chase Bryant, James Bryant, and Crissy Bryant; eight sisters, Vivian Creager (Earl), Jessie Hansford (Gary), Ennie Powers (Carlton), Janice Jaynes, Maxine Elliott (Johnny), Betty Veach, Sally Jeffers, and Nannie Veach; five brothers, Eddie Anderson (Jean), Don Anderson (Robyn), John Anderson (Barb), Joe Byrd (Doris), Tim Byrd (Tonya), and Tony Byrd (Karen); special caregiver, Tammy Cupp; several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Saturday, February 18, at the Ellison Funeral Home with Rev. Ulys Cox and Rev. Jerome Cox officiating.
Interment was in the Reed Cemetery.
