TeddyTeddy “Silver Dollar” Eugene Leach, age 74, of Jellico, Tennessee departed this life on April 21, 2023 at his home.
Teddy was born on June 20, 1948 in Williamsburg, Kentucky to Elbert Leach and Ura (Shumate) Leach.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert and Ura (Shumate) Leach; brothers, J.C. Leach, Larry Leach, Junior Leach, Jerry Leach, Charles Leach, and David Leach; and sister, Gail Hall.
Teddy is survived by his son, Gary Eugene Leach (Stephanie T. Patrick) of Williamsburg, Kentucky; grandchildren, Sean Leach, Emilie Leach, and Brandon Leach, all of Williamsburg, Kentucky; special friend, Crystal Oaks of Jellico, Tennessee and her children, Heath Oaks, Jr. and Tiarra Oaks; brothers, B. J. Leach of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Jimmy Leach (Brenda) of Rocky Top, Tennessee, and Don Leach (Margaret) of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 25, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating.
He will be laid to rest in the Clear Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.
