A federal grand jury in London indicted 44-year-old Robert Nunley of Tracy City, Tennessee on charges of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and entering or aiding and abetting in the entry of of Save-Rite Pharmacy with the intent to steal any material or compound containing a quantity of a controlled substance.
