It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Freda Pancheta Faulkner on June 19, 2025, at the Beech Tree Manor Nursing Home in Jellico, Tennessee.
Born on November 2, 1945, Pancheta was the beloved daughter of the late Kenneth and Charlene Stephens.
Pancheta was a pillar of strength and devotion, both in her professional and personal life.
She was the co-owner of Johnny Faulkner Construction Company and successfully managed several rental businesses across Tennessee.
Pancheta was a devoted wife to her loving husband, Johnny Faulkner, and a nurturing mother to their two sons, Jay Faulkner and his wife Dennise Faulkner, and Dr. Lee Faulkner and his wife Dr. Julie Faulkner. She found immense joy in her role as a grandmother to Ryan Faulkner and Tori Faulkner.
She was also surrounded by the love and support of her sister, Zelia Morgan and sisters-in-law, Betty Hurst, Jane Creekmore, and Rachel Smith.
Pancheta touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
In accordance with Pancheta’s wishes, a private family burial was held on Saturday, June 21, in Jellico Cemetery.
Her family will forever hold dear the memories and legacy she leaves behind, celebrating her life with gratitude and love.
Rest in peace, Pancheta. You will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who loved you.
