Tommie Lue Blankenship Perkins, age 62, of Jellico, TN passed away Wednesday July 27, 2022, at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, KY.
She was born April 11, 1960, in Jellico, TN.
Tommie is preceded in death by her father, Newman Blankenship; mother, Virgie Louise (Angel) Blankenship; sister, Geneva Blankenship; and sister-in-law, Helen Blankenship.
She is survived by her husband, Carl Lee Perkins; son, Bradley Perkins; daughters, Kristen Lux and husband Matt and Jodie Brock; four grandchildren; brothers, Floyd Junior Blankenship, Lloyd Tracy Heatwole and wife Caterina, Jimmy Trammell and wife Angie; cousin, Joyce Sutton; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Monday August 1, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Troy Cupp officiating.
Burial was Tuesday August 2, in the Douglas Cemetery, Wooldridge Community.
