Two arrested after toddler found in home with drug-filled needle

Thursday evening, Whitley County Sheriff’s deputies and Kentucky State Police went to a Williamsburg home searching for a man wanted for allegedly violating his parole, and found the suspect, drugs, and a toddler at the residence.
