Two of four suspects in rape case arrested again

A pair of Whitley County men, who were among four people charged in connection with the alleged rape of a Williamsburg woman, that was apparently recorded on a cell phone last month, are back behind bars facing allegations that they tried to intimidate the victim in the case.
