Update: KSP arrests third person in connection with skeletal remains found in Whitley County

Kentucky State Police have arrested a third Pine Knot man in connection with the killing of a missing McCreary County man, who was found deceased late Tuesday afternoon in Whitley County.

Roscoe Bryant is the third person charged with murder in the death of Roscoe Garland.
