Velda Sue Miller, age 78, of Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Monday, October 31, 2022 at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born on November 2, 1943 in Jellico, Tennessee to the late George and Janie (York) Collins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Miller; daughter, Michelle Hundley; son, Christopher Miller; sister, Vina Henegar; and brothers, Tommy and Donald Collins.
She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Prewitt (Paul) and April Bryant both of Williamsburg, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Thomas Melton, Eric Melton, Chrystal Ray, Victoria Lunsford, Jonathan Bryant; Savannah Bryant, and James Hembree; two great-grandchildren, Ava Prewitt and Sophia West; four sisters, Vonda Trammell of Jellico, Tennessee, Vena Hurst of Jellico, Tennessee, Vera Hale of Williamsburg, Kentucky, and Vada Collins of Williamsburg, Kentucky; one brother, Rodney Collins of Jellico, Tennessee; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour on November 4, at Croley Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on November 4, at Croley Funeral Home with Rev. Floyd Hale officiating.
She will be laid to rest in a private family service in the Lot Mud Creek Cemetery.
