Victoria Bayatian of Washington, D.C. and United States Petty Officer James Travis Meadows of Portsmouth, Virginia were united in Holy Matrimony December 31, 2006 in Baltimore, Maryland.
Petty Officer Meadows is the son of Peggy Meadows and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Bailey of Williamsburg.
The bride and groom will reside in Portsmouth, Virginia. Petty Officer Meadows has served in the United States Navy for eight years and has served two tours of duty in the Mideast.
