W’burg agrees to give land to IMI if it operates concrete plant for 10 years

If all goes well, the City of Williamsburg will be gladly giving an approximately five-acre track of land to IMI Real Estate LLC about 10 years from now in exchange for the company opening and operating a concrete plant on property that the city now owns near Savoy Road adjacent to Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
