W’burg block parties resume Friday night

Off the Clock performed in Williamsburg on June 22.

Lexington-based band “Off the Clock” wowed the crowd at the Williamsburg Tourism and Convention Center on June 22 as part of the Williamsburg Main Street Program’s summer block party series.

The series of free concerts returns to Bill Woods Park this Friday night with Nashville-based band ‘Familiar Faces” performing from 8 – 11 p.m.

The band features a Motown sound and has played Williamsburg block parties for the past 12 years.

The block parties are free and open to the public, but are bring your own lawn chair events.

In the event of inclement weather, this Friday’s block party will be moved to the Williamsburg Tourism and Convention Center.
