W’burg Mayor warns residents to brace for water, sewer and garbage rate hikes

Next year, Williamsburg residents should expect to see higher water, sewer and garbage bills as the city looks to offset increased expenses in those areas, Mayor Roddy Harrison announced Monday during the Williamsburg City Council’s monthly meeting.
