W’burg woman jumps over guardrail, falls down embankment after police stop vehicle

A local woman would have been wise early Tuesday morning to follow the old adage of look before you leap. Williamsburg authorities said she quickly got out of a vehicle after it was stopped by police, and jumped over the guardrail before ending up near the bottom of a steep embankment about 120 feet from the guardrail.
