With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of Wesley Bowlin, a devoted husband, cherished father, and proud grandfather, who left this world on September 24, 2025 at the age of 84.
Wes was born on January 27, 1941, to the late Elmore and Eva Bowlin. He married his loving wife Anna on august 15, 1964.
They shared 61 years together and built a strong and loving family. Wesley’s family was the center of his life, and he took great pride in their accomplishments.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren who brought him endless joy.
Wes was preceded in death by his parents, Elmore and Eva Bowlin; and brothers, Don Bowlin and Bob Bowlin.
Wes is survived his wife Anna; children, Laurel Bowlin, and Patrick (Christie) Bowlin’ grandchildren, Tiffany (Tyler) Archer, Pierce Bowlin, Ethan Bowlin; and great-grandchildren, Mya, Gabriel, and Owen Archer.
His legacy of love, strength, and commitment to his family will live on through all who knew him.
A Masonic service was held on Saturday, September 27 with the funeral service following at Croley Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Lester and Rev. Kenny Carr officiating.
Burial followed at the Emlyn Cemetery.
Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
