Whitley BOE partners with W’Burg Pizza Hut: WCHS to add healthy version of classic pizza to lunch menu

Whitley County High School will soon be adding a new lunch menu option that is sure to get students excited: Pizza Hut.

During their regularly monthly meeting Aug. 18, members of the Whitley County Board of Education were presented with and approved an opportunity to partner with the Williamsburg Pizza Hut as part of the company’s healthy lunch meal program, which provides specially-made pizzas for schools. The pizzas, however, aren’t something you can just order from their typical menu, though they do taste the same.
