Whitley Co. Fiscal Court files 17 small claims lawsuits to collect delinquent payroll raxes

The Whitley County Fiscal Court is hoping to collect nearly $10,000 in delinquent payroll taxes from 17 people or businesses that it recently filed small claims lawsuits against.
