Whitley County Clerk now a two-way race, three candidates set to run for First District Magistrate

With nearly one month left before the filing deadline, there is now a two-way race to replace current Whitley County Clerk Carolyn Willis when she retires at the end of next year and a three-way race to replace incumbent First-District Magistrate Scotty Harrison, who is one of the two candidates running for county clerk.
