Whitley County Health Department features new pantry in lobby

Date:

The Whitley County Health Department’s Williamsburg Office has a new fixture in its lobby.

The Little Free Pantry was added in June. It works as a “give what you can, take what you need” pantry.

It contains things like food, hygiene and paper items.

The health department asks that you only take what you need and trust the pantry will be there when you need items again.

The pantry is open during the health department’s business hours, which is 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
