The Williamsburg 9 hole Golf Course is on the market for $550,000.
The leasee of the course will receive the assets, including the golf carts, equipment, etc. and the lease to the property.
The lease is a 99-year transferable lease, but it is currently in its 36th year, according to Lonnie Anderson of Anderson’s Premier Realty and Auction.
Clara Sexton is the current leasee of the course.
The course includes property owned by the Williamsburg-Whitley County airport.
The new leasee of the property will be able to renew the 99-year lease after the completion of the current one. The current lease is set to expire on April 30, 2064.
The property is 100+/- acres with the option to purchase an additional 25 acres of land sold separately.
The golf course entered the market in March according to Anderson, but it is still not sold.
The golf course is located at 690 Airport Road in Williamsburg, KY.
