Williamsburg homeless shelter closed, but should reopen

Emergency Christian Ministries homeless shelter in Williamsburg is currently shut down, but plans are to reopen although it may take a while, Williamsburg Mayor Roddy Harrison informed the city council during its regular monthly meeting Monday.
