Original: The roar of local car racing will echo off the hills around Woodbine beginning Saturday night as Thunder Mountain Speedway opens for business.
The one-third mile dirt track will feature late model, super late model, openwheel, and minicup divisions.
Pits will pen at 3 p.m. and the grandstands will open at 5 p.m.
Pit admission is $30 per person and grandstand admission is $13 per person with children 12 and under free with a paying adult.
