Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Charles of Canton, Georgia and Tammy Partin of Jellico, Tennessee would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lakeisha Michell Charles, to Tyler James Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Jones of Williamsburg, Kentucky. The wedding will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Young’s Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Formal invitations were mailed.
The bride-to-be is a 2011 graduate of Cherokee High School in Canton, Georgia. She is currently enrolled at Eastern Kentucky University where she is pursuing a degree in Social Work and plans to graduate in 2014. She is the granddaughter of Brenda Partin and the late Ray Partin of Clairfield, Tennessee, Jim and Donna Charles and the late Vandetta Charles of Pineville, Kentucky, and Doug and Sharon Blackburn of Richmond, Virginia.
The groom-to-be is a 2011 graduate of Whitley County High School in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He is currently enrolled at the University of Kentucky where he is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering and plans to graduate in 2015. He is the grandson of Glynn and Jerri Burdette of Renfro Valley, Kentucky and Clarence and Wanda Jones of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
The couple plans to reside in Richmond, Kentucky until they graduate with their degrees.
