Ms. Louise Rose and Mr. Jerry Rose of Corbin, Kentucky have the pleasure of announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jill Elaine Rose, to Joshua Dale Collett, the son of Rod and Debbie Collett of Kettle Island, Kentucky.
Jill is the granddaughter of Deloris Rose and the late Raymond Rose of Corbin, Kentucky and Flossie Sweeney and the late Robert Sweeney of Pioneer, Tennessee. Josh is the grandson of James V. Adams and the late Kay Goforth Adams of Middlesboro, Kentucky and the late Vernon and Vesta Collett of Kettle Island, Kentucky.
The future bride is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Elementary Education, and is currently employed at Oak Grove Elementary. The groom is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Business and is the Human Resources Director for Southern Coal Corporation.
A garden wedding is planned for early September at the home of the groom’s parents.
