Powers-Carr to wed

Brittany Michelle Powers and Rick Allan Carr Jr., both of Rockholds, would like to announce their forthcoming marriage on Saturday, Aug. 29 in Colonel Hollow at 1 p.m.

Brittany is the daughter of Koy and Greta Powers. Rick is the son of Rick and Debbie Carr.
