Good times in Williamsburg

Date:

I’ll have to say, the Williamsburg Main Street Program sure knows how to throw a party. Last year, I attended one of their block parties downtown and it was a blast. Everyone was dancing and playing games and having a good time.

From the look of photos, and personal accounts by my co-worker Mark White, it’s gotten even better this year. The bands are great and everyone seems to be into the spirit of things. The town’s mayor is always in the mix which I think really brings a sense of community to the whole thing.

Williamsburg Main Street Manager Nannie Hayes deserves a thumbs up for really knowing how to plan great events.
