Terry (Tubby) Jack Holt, 36, of Cleveland, AL and formerly of Williamsburg, departed this life on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
He was born on May 30, 1980 in Corbin, to Michael Holt and Sandra Richmond.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jillian Holt and his grandparents, Edna and William Cleveland Holt and Sarah L. and Garland Lee Richmond.
He was a member of Mt. Ash Baptist Church.
He is survived by three children, Ricky Jack Holt and Xavier Johnny Holt of Ohio and Kaylin Michelle Holt of Williamsburg; his parents, Michael Holt of Williamsburg and Sandra Williams of Cleveland, AL; two sisters, Michelle Lynn Holt of Jacksboro, TN and Sara Marie Cupp of Rockholds; brother, Michael Lee Holt (Marcenda) of London; and host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Memorial services were held Monday, September 19, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dillard Cupp and Michael Lee Holt officiating.
