The case of a former Corbin High School assistant basketball coach, who is accused of the statutory rape of a 16-year-old student, will be presented to a Knox County Grand Jury.

Following a preliminary hearing Tuesday, Knox District Court Judge John Chappell ruled there is probable cause to present the case against Madison Johnson to the grand jury.
